The Cofi TRE820 is an ignition transformer that steps up a 230V, 50Hz primary supply (0.9A) to a dual 4kV secondary output (2 x 4kV, 20mA) with an amplitude of 11kV, earthed-centre configuration, for firing the spark electrodes on gas and oil burners. Rated for an intermittent duty cycle of 19% ED within a 3-minute cycle, it terminates in flying leads for direct wiring into the burner control circuit. Manufactured by Cofi srl, Italy, it is CE marked and suited to industrial burner and boiler ignition applications.
