The Honeywell C7027A1049 is a self-checking Minipeeper® ultraviolet (UV) flame sensor used in burner management and flame safeguard systems to detect the UV radiation emitted by gas or oil flames. It mounts via a 1/2-14 NPSM threaded collar onto a 1/2" sight pipe, has a 1/2" spud-type electrical connector, and connects via a 2.44 m (8 ft) pair of flying leads to the flame safeguard control or amplifier. Rated for an operating temperature range of -18°C to 102°C and a maximum pressure of 5 psi. UL Listed, CSA Certified and FM Approved. Manufactured by Honeywell, it is a common replacement sensor for Honeywell burner flame monitoring and safety-shutdown systems.
