The Honeywell C7027A1064 is a self-checking Minipeeper® ultraviolet (UV) flame sensor used in burner management and flame safeguard systems to detect the UV radiation emitted by gas or oil flames. It mounts via a 1/2-14 NPSM threaded collar onto a 1/2" sight pipe, has a 1/2" spud-type electrical connector, and connects via an extended 7.32 m (24 ft) pair of flying leads to the flame safeguard control or amplifier, giving it extra reach for installations where the amplifier is mounted further from the sensor. Rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 102°C and a maximum pressure of 5 psi. UL Listed, CSA Certified and FM Approved. Manufactured by Honeywell, it is a common replacement sensor for Honeywell burner flame monitoring and safety-shutdown systems.
