Honeywell Kromschröder GIK 40R02-5 Air/Gas Ratio Regulator

The Honeywell Kromschröder GIK 40R02-5 (Part No. 03166146) is an air/gas ratio control that maintains a constant 1:1 gas/air pressure ratio (1:10 turndown) upstream of gas burners in systems without preheated combustion air. Sized for DN 40 / Rp 1½ connections, it is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 200 mbar, a control (load) pressure range of 0.5 to 120 mbar, an outlet (gas) pressure range of 0.2 to 119 mbar, and a maximum differential pressure of 100 mbar. Suitable for natural gas, town gas, LPG (gaseous) and biogas, it features an aluminium-silicon alloy housing with NBR diaphragms and seals, a brass bypass screw, and an outlet pressure test point, rated for −15°C to +60°C ambient operation (per nameplate).
