Industrial Special Ignition Electrode — Threaded Spark-Plug Type Igniter

R.K. Instruments & Controls manufactures and supplies Industrial Special Ignition Electrodes — threaded, spark-plug-style igniters used for direct spark ignition in gas engines, CHP (Combined Heat & Power) plants, biogas and natural gas generator sets, and industrial burners. Built to the widely used M14 x 1.25 or M18 x 1.50 threaded mounting format (compatible with standard threaded electrode ports), each unit is manufactured to order with a Kanthal A1 (FeCrAl) resistance-wire electrode tip, low-loss steatite or high-alumina ceramic insulation, and a customer-specified overall length. Thread size, length, wire diameter and electrode material can all be customised on request for gas engine OEMs, CHP operators and burner service applications.
