Siemens QRA2 UV Flame Detector

The Siemens QRA2 is the normal-sensitivity UV flame detector in the QRA2 range, identifiable by its black terminal cover (the high-sensitivity QRA2M uses a green cover), designed for supervising gas flames, yellow- or blue-burning oil flames, and ignition spark proving. It uses a flange-and-clamp mount for direct fitting to the burner or sighting pipe. Weighing about 60g with a nominal UV cell life of around 10,000 hours at 50°C, it is built by Siemens for use with a wide range of burner controls including the LFL, LFE, LMG and LMV series via AGQ adapters.
