The Vanaz F0105 series is a heavy-duty gas pipeline filter/strainer range, installed upstream of pressure regulators and control valves to protect internal mechanics and regulator seats from particulate damage. It uses a 50-micron brass mesh filtration element, rated to a maximum working pressure of 20 Kg/cm² (bar). The series is available in three end-connection / flow-capacity variants — F0105 (1″, 200 Nm³/hr), F0105 I (1½″, 350 Nm³/hr) and F0105 II (2″, 500 Nm³/hr), all BSP female threaded — see the table below. The body is Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron (SGCI). Compatible with LPG, Natural Gas and Nitrogen (N₂). Manufactured by Vanaz Engineers Ltd, Pune.
