The Vanaz R2317 is a 2" flanged-end high-pressure regulator for LPG, natural gas and N2 service, stepping down inlet pressures of 1–17 kg/cm² (bar) to a controlled, spring-adjustable outlet of 0.5–10 kg/cm² (bar) at flows up to 250 Nm³/Hr. It connects via a 50mm (2") ANSI 150# class flanged end, larger than the R2316, for higher-capacity bolted gas train installations. Built with an SGCI body, aluminium bonnet and brass trim parts by Vanaz Engineers Ltd., Pune, it includes an inline filter that must be cleaned periodically to keep the regulator operating trouble-free.
