The Vanaz R4110 II is a low-pressure, medium-flow second-stage regulator for small industrial boilers, furnaces and commercial appliances such as canteen and restaurant kitchens, stepping down a 1–17 kg/cm² inlet pressure to a controlled, spring-adjustable 0.03–0.3 kg/cm² (30–300 mbar) outlet at up to 30 Nm³/Hr. It uses a 1" BSPF end connection, larger than the base R4110 (½"x¾" BSP), while sharing the same core pressure and flow rating, and handles air, LPG, natural gas, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, hydrogen and acetylene. Manufactured by Vanaz Engineers Ltd., Pune, it is widely used across small-to-medium gas-fired equipment installations in India.
