Material grade is selected to match the gas medium in your line. High-copper brass trim is not used on Acetylene service. Mention your application (Oxygen / LPG-NG / Acetylene / corrosive environment) when enquiring so we supply the correct-grade R9110.

The Vanaz R9110 is a flame arrestor with an integrated non-return valve (NRV) using a brass spring mechanism, fitted in-line on gas supply piping to stop flame propagation and flashback from reaching the upstream gas line and mitigate explosion hazards. It is rated for Oxygen, LPG, Natural Gas and Acetylene service, with BSP/BSPF threaded end connections from ½″ to 2″, rated up to 19–20 Kg/cm² (bar) working pressure. Body and internal trim material (Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel or Brass) is selected to match the gas medium in your line — see the selection table below. Manufactured by Vanaz Engineers Ltd, Pune.
