A UV flame detector uses an ultraviolet-sensitive tube to detect the UV radiation emitted by a gas or oil flame, giving a fast, reliable flame-proving signal to the burner control system. RKIC supplies the Siemens QRA range, a Honeywell UV detector bulb, and an in-house UV flame sensor probe.
